We collect only what we need to produce, deliver, and support your CV order.

1. Information We Collect
When you use GetMasterCV, we collect the information needed to create and deliver your professional CV.
- Personal information: full name, email address, phone number, and location.
- Professional information: work history, job titles, responsibilities, achievements, skills, education, certifications, and career goals.
- Payment information: payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store card numbers, mobile money PINs, or bank details on our servers.
- Usage data: pages visited, browser type, and device information used to improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and deliver CV documents, process payments, send order updates, handle revision requests, and improve our templates and service quality.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Security
- Data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected with SSL/TLS encryption.
- Payment processing is handled by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
- Customer data access is restricted to authorized personnel.
- Administrative accounts use secure password hashing.
- Production infrastructure is protected with standard server, firewall, and access controls.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal and professional information for 90 days after order delivery to support revisions and reorders. After that period, data may be deleted unless you request otherwise or we are required to retain it for legitimate operational, legal, or accounting reasons.

5. Third-Party Services
- Paystack for payments by mobile money, card, bank transfer, and supported payment methods.
- Google Gemini AI for AI-assisted CV content generation.
- Email and messaging providers for order confirmations, delivery updates, and support communication.
6. Your Rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you may request access, correction, deletion, objection to processing, or a copy of your personal data.

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local browser storage to maintain sessions, save form drafts, and authenticate admin users. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
